Terms & Conditions – Aesthetics, Health & Wellbeing Networking Event
1. Registration & Payment
All attendees must register in advance via our form. Admission is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
2. Transfers & Substitutions
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another professional with written notice at least 48 hours before the event. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credit.
3. Event Changes
We reserve the right to update the event schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated via email to registered guests.
4. Code of Conduct
This event fosters a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
5. Photography & Media Consent
Photos and video may be taken during the event for promotional use. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
