As a business we are proud to be a member of the Cosmetic Redress Scheme, this enables you to know that should there be a problem we have a process in place to address this.

Whilst we are a member of the Cosmetic Redress Scheme we will always do our best to address your queries and concerns in house. 

 

Should you wish to make a complaint it can be made:

  • By telephone or in person and made verbally. In any case, a written record of the complaint that describes the issues requiring investigation, will be kept. This will be agreed with the complainant and ideally, signed. 
  • In writing either by email or by letter. This should be addressed to the manager of the clinic.
