Terms & Conditions of booking with us at Fallon Aesthetics
All bookings require confirmation using a bank card via our secure booking system.
If you are booking a treatment you are required to pay a £20 deposit to secure your appointment.
If booking through us via social media or other channels we will send you an email payment link for your deposit that is required to be paid within 48 hours to secure your appointment. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the system cancelling your booking.
When booking in the clinic you will be required to pay the £20 deposit for your next treatment and this can be paid by any means that you choose whilst with us.
If you are unable to make your appointment we require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment and this must be done via the Timely booking system.
All appointments must be managed via the Timely booking system - Unfortunately we are unable to manage appointment reschedules / cancellations through our social media channels or WhatsApp / Email.
Unfortunately, last minute cancellations / reschedules will lead to the loss of your £20 booking fee.
If you fail to attend your appointment we reserve the right to charge you the full fee of your planned treatment.
If you attend your appointment more than 5 minutes late the practitioner reserves the right to not carry out treatment to prevent impacting other clients. If this occurs this will lead to the loss of your £20 booking fee.
As a small business we hope that you will appreciate the impact that last minute cancellations have on our business. We do understand that occasionally things do not go to plan and we will endeavour to accommodate you as best we can.
