Meet your trainers

With over 32 years of nursing experience, Jackie brings a rare blend of clinical depth, calm under pressure, and heartfelt care to both emergency medicine and aesthetic practice.

Her career spans three decades in emergency nursing, including 24 years as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner—delivering expert, compassionate care in some of the most demanding clinical environments.

As a Non-Medical Prescriber for 13 years and an Aesthetic Practitioner for 12, Jackie’s skill set is both broad and beautifully balanced. She combines acute assessment and clinical precision with a keen eye for detail and a deep commitment to patient-centred outcomes.

Jackie is also a passionate educator and mentor. Having taught Advanced Life Support and supported countless students and colleagues over the years, she thrives on helping others grow in confidence and capability. Her approach is rooted in safety, professionalism, and lifelong learning—values she brings to every patient interaction and team collaboration.

Outside the clinic, Jackie is a proud working mum to a daughter studying psychology at university. That balance of career and family life has shaped her empathetic, grounded style—making her not just a skilled practitioner, but a trusted presence for patients and peers alike.

Jenna is a qualified nurse with over 16 years of NHS experience, including 10 years in haematology across multiple hospital sites and now runs her own CQC regulated Aesthetics Clinic.

With a strong foundation in oncology and chemotherapy, she brings clinical precision, safety awareness, and deep empathy to every consultation.

Now with 3 years in aesthetic medicine and 6 years as a prescriber, Jenna blends medical expertise with a compassionate, patient-first approach. Her consultations are thoughtful and tailored ensuring every client feels heard, informed, and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Driven by a passion for education and empowerment, Jenna is committed to sharing knowledge and helping others feel their best. Her practice is grounded in professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys a busy family life with her two children and her stepson.

Her caring nature and dedication to others shine through in everything she doe whether she's guiding patients, mentoring peers, or creating safe, welcoming spaces for care.
