Safeguarding
Safeguarding Children, Young People & Adults
At Fallon Aesthetics, your safety and wellbeing are our highest priority. We are committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm, abuse, neglect or exploitation. Although Fallon Aesthetics provides aesthetic treatments only to adults aged 18 and over, we still have a legal and professional responsibility to act on any safeguarding concerns involving children or vulnerable adults who may be connected to our patients or present in the clinic environment.
Our safeguarding approach follows the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) and local safeguarding authorities.
Our Commitment to Safeguarding
We ensure that:
- Children, young people and adults are protected from harm
- Any safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and acted on promptly
- Information is shared appropriately and confidentially
- Concerns are escalated to the correct safeguarding authority
- Patients and families are treated with dignity, respect and compassion
- Staff remain vigilant for signs of abuse, neglect or exploitation
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Recognising Safeguarding Concerns
We look out for signs of:
- Physical, emotional, sexual or financial abuse
- Neglect or self‑neglect
- Domestic abuse
- Coercion or control
- Exploitation, including grooming

How We Respond to Safeguarding Concerns
If a safeguarding concern is raised, we will:
- Listen without judgement
- Ensure immediate safety of the child, young person or adult
- Record the concern accurately and confidentially
- Explain what will happen next
- Seek consent to share information where appropriate
- Refer or escalate the concern to the correct safeguarding authority
We will always act in the best interests of the person at risk.
